The green Timber Frames

It is your right to demand a higher quality home to build as part of your legacy.
Timber framing is not only extremely beautiful with its massive, natural aesthetic,
it lends itself to the efficiency and strength of S.I.P. (Structural Insulated Panels)
to enclose your new home. As the cost of day to day life increases, we as a country
are turning to more efficient, money saving forms of construction and transportation.
We are proud to offer SIP insulation to help you minimize your energy costs at home.
The use of insulated panels is a great alternative to a conventional stick-built home
with fiberglass insulation and provides many immediate and long-term advantages.

SIPs are made by sandwiching expanded polystyrene between two layers of O.S.B.
(Oriented Strand Board), a moisture resistant and structurally sound building material.
The strength of an insulated panel wall is greater than that of a traditionally framed
building and can be installed quickly and easily by our experienced timber framers
or by general contractor. The SIPs will form an unbroken seal around the exterior
and roof of your new timber frame home and will allow for an uninterrupted barrier
between you and the elements, reducing your energy costs. We will consider your
climate for your SIP panel design whether you live at 10,000 ft. in Colorado or in
Houston, Texas and insulate your home against the elements accordingly.

SIP construction is stronger, more efficient, quieter, and less drafty than conventional stick-built home. Your home will be stronger and more comfortable when you use SIP enclosure of your new timber frame, and we recommend SIPs in every timber frame we build.
